Dr. Elizabeth (Beth) Taylor MD, FRCSC | Co-director
Dr. Beth Taylor is co-director of Genesis Fertility Centre and Clinical Associate Professor at UBC. She completed her medical degree at Dalhousie University in 1998 and then moved to British Columbia to do her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of British Columbia (UBC). She subsequently completed a fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility.
Dr. Taylor has expertise in all areas of reproductive endocrinology and infertility care. Her areas of particular interest are minimally invasive surgery for conditions like endometriosis, fibroids, adhesions, uterine and tubal reconstruction, fertility preservation, reversal of female sterilization/tubal ligation and IVF.
She has published several papers in peer-reviewed journals, three book chapters and has on-going research projects in the areas of IVF, endometriosis, and fertility surgery.
Dr. Taylor is involved in the Obstetrics and Gynecology residency training program at UBC. She is an active staff member at BC Women’s Hospital and Vancouver General Hospital and performs surgery at both of these centres.
