Refer a patient
1. Simply call Genesis at 604-879-3032 – you will be able to identify yourself as a physician quickly. Otherwise press “0” to speak with a receptionist. She will take your patient’s information and book the appointment asap.

Speak to a Genesis physician
Call 604-879-3032, press “0” immediately and one of our receptionists will connect you to a Genesis physician.
Request sperm testing
For specialized sperm testing or sperm freezing please complete the andrology requisition and fax it to us at 604-875-1432. We will contact the patient to book an appointment.
