Genesis Fertility Centre was established in 1995 as a tertiary care facility by Drs. Margo Fluker and Albert Yuzpe. Under the experienced care of the programme's co-directors and staff, infertile individuals are able to access innovative assisted reproductive technologies. Genesis Fertility Centre is proud to claim amongst its achievements:

• The first pregnancy in British Columbia using intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI)
• The first pregnancy in British Columbia using a known egg donor
• The first pregnancy in British Columbia using microscopic epididymal sperm aspiration (MESA)
• The first pregnancy in British Columbia using testicular sperm extraction (TESE)
• The first pregnancy in British Columbia using pre-implantation genetic diagnosis (PGD)
