Counseling and Support
There are several support resources
available to clients at Genesis Fertility Centre. Aside
from the physicians and nurses, you are also encouraged
to use the support provided by professional counselors.
Each IVF & ICSI cycle fee includes 1.5 hours of
counseling time.
 If
you wish to schedule time with a counselor, please choose
any counselor from the following list and call them
directly to book an appointment. Advise them that you
have had an IVF or ICSI cycle at Genesis. They will
bill Genesis directly for the first 1.5 hours of counseling.
Any additional counseling time will be billed to you.
You can also draw on support from counselors in your
local community. If you would like to do this, please
ask the counselor to call us to clarify the support
time available and payment details.
